Jonathan Deutsch serves as Manager, Media Group. A two-time Emmy award winner, Deutsch earned multiple honors and accolades for storytelling during a 10-year career as a sports anchor and reporter. He’s covered multiple World Series, Final Fours, bowl games, and more during his decade on TV. Serving as Sports Director in his last job, Deutsch oversaw all aspects of the sports department’s day-to-day and long-term operations.
Deutsch, originally from Plano, Texas, began his on-air career in high school as an unofficial intern for The Mark Elfenbein Show on 96.7/1310 The Ticket. A graduate of the University of Missouri (MIZ!), he learned the TV side of the business working as a news/sports reporter, anchor, photographer, and producer at KOMU-TV. He joined WIBW-TV in Topeka, Kansas, following graduation. After four years in Kansas, he moved to WEYI in Flint, Michigan.
A DFW native, Jonathan returned home and lives in the Metroplex with his wife DeAundra and their two cats.
