Before joining Tony Fay PR, Courtney gained experience at top PR agencies in New York City and Dallas and in-house communications teams, where she developed integrated campaigns, executed high-profile events, and secured national media coverage. Her work reflects a sharp focus on relationships, reputation, and results.
Courtney is a graduate of Florida State University. Outside the office, she enjoys hosting dinner parties, spending time with her large, lively family, playing tennis or doing Pilates, traveling, curating beautifully organized closets—hers and others’—and unwinding with her beloved Boston Terrier, Oscar.
