Klyde Warren Park has announced the full chef lineup for Dallas’ fifth annual premier food and wine festival, Park & Palate, presented by Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC). This year’s fundraiser will feature a special Dinner in the Park on Saturday, October 5, and Grand Taste on Saturday, October 26, drawing thousands to sample the best in the city’s culinary scene.

Imoto’s celebrity chef Kent Rathbun will again serve as host chef for Park & Palate, which annually showcases Dallas’ nationally recognized culinary landscape, along with the finest wineries, breweries and spirits. The two-part event offers community-minded corporations, philanthropists and individuals the opportunity to experience Klyde Warren Park in a unique way, while supporting the city’s gem of a green space.

“I am honored to once again serve as host chef for Park & Palate, benefiting our city’s beloved Klyde Warren Park,” said renowned chef Kent Rathbun, who has been curating and leading the team of participating chefs. “With the help of my talented peers, Park & Palate is well on its way to becoming one of the country’s most popular food and wine festivals, right in the heart of Dallas.”

On Saturday, October 5, at Park & Palate’s Dinner in the Park, Rathbun will treat guests to a seated three-course dinner under the stars, with a champagne reception, Broadway entertainment, live dance music and the stunning designs of Todd Fiscus.  Three weeks later, on Saturday, October 26, Park & Palate’s Grand Taste will welcome approximately 3,000 food and wine lovers for a festival of the senses.
