THE CHALLENGE:
In just four-years, the College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship has firmly established itself as one of the nation’s iconic sporting events and entertainment weekends. Tony Fay Public Relations has served the CFP since its inaugural event in 2014, building comprehensive media relation’s strategies to promote the weeklong fan events – including music festival AT&T Playoff Playlist Live! and Playoff Fan Central, college football’s premiere on-site activation platform. Tony Fay Public Relations mission: make sure awareness, attendance and community support consistently exceeds expectation. Tony Fay Public Relations also provides media operations ground support game-week, bolstering the CFP’s talented staff and helping provide the highest-possible service to more than 2,000 credentialed media.

The Result

Beginning in 2017, Tony Fay Public Relation’s duties with the CFP extended, now also providing public relations support for the College Football Playoff Foundation and its Extra Yard for Teachers initiative – a national program designed to inspire, support and uplift teachers (K-12) across the country.
