Amanda Larder

Amanda Larder serves as chief operating officer for Tony Fay Public Relations.

Over the last decade, Larder has become a respected leader in the development of intricate operational plans, especially for national mega-events. She has led volunteer coordination for two Super Bowls, oversaw community outreach programs for the 2014 NCAA Men’s Final Four, executed events and programming for the 2012 Republican National Convention, managed pros for Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day at the U.S. Open and plays an ongoing role in the planning and execution of all pageantry for the College Football Playoff National Championship.

As chief operating officer for Tony Fay Public Relations, Larder is responsible for day-to-day business operations of the company, including strategic long-term planning and human resources. She also oversees best practices in the area of client services – ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that customers’ expectations are exceeded.

Larder joined Tony Fay PR after three years as VP of RD operations and business development at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD), focusing on events, volunteer engagement and sponsorships for the nonprofit. She helped conceptualize, plan and execute two of the largest, most publicized events in the history of the United Way chapter. To celebrate the organization’s 90th Anniversary, she worked closely with UWMD staff and senior leadership at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay to produce a star-studded concert at AT&T Stadium starring Blake Shelton and Usher. The event was attended by more than 25,000 and included a seated dinner for more than 1,500 major donors.  Three years later, working with the UWMD and Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman, she led planning on a 25thanniversary reunion of the Dallas Cowboys’ Super Bowl XXVII Championship. The fundraiser culminated Aikman’s year of service as UWMD Volunteer Fundraising Chair, a campaign that raised a record $61 million.

Each year, during the week of the College Football Playoff National Championship, Larder is embedded with the Fuir Productions team to help produce the pregame and halftime entertainment. In that capacity, she has twice had the honor of working closely with the United States Secret Service on a presidential visit while implementing the president’s role in pregame pageantry.

Larder currently serves on the board of directors for Dallas Influencers in Sports and Entertainment (DISE). In 2016, she served as a volunteer candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year campaign, raising $50,000 for blood cancer research.

A graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources, she and her husband Bill have two adorable girls (Audrey Rose and Annabelle Rae).
